Description
The Prosecco Spumante Extra Dry by Guerrieri Rizzardi comes from vineyards located in the hilly area of Farra di Soligo, in the province of Treviso.
It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, in the Extra Dry type, which undergo a process of pressing and soft pressing before the second fermentation with the Charmat method. Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks lasts 20 days, at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ° C, followed by 2-3 months of aging on the lees.
This Prosecco Spumante has an elegant straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with elegant and delicate fruity notes. On the palate it is fresh and balanced.
Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is perfect to accompany legume soups and seafood soups. Also excellent in combination with fresh cheeses, first courses, fish and poultry.
