Description
Primitivo di Manduria from the Orus line is produced by Vinosìa Luciano Ercolino, a company based in Paternopoli, in the heart of Irpinia.
It consists of 100% Primitivo grapes, harvested in the second half of September. The grapes are vinified with the addition of indigenous yeasts in thermoregulated steel tanks. The wine then ages for a few months in wooden barrels.
Deep ruby red in color, the nose is dominated by aromas of cherry, blueberry, blackberry and spicy notes. The sip is dry and with an excellent structure, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish.
Ideal in combination with stewed game.
