Pouilly-Fumé AOC Mademoiselle de T 2022 Château de Tracy

Mademoiselle de T is a Pouilly-Fumé signed by Château de Tracy, a very prestigious name in the wine-growing panorama of the Loire Valley.

Pure Sauvignon Blanc grapes, coming from sandy and siliceous soils that have always characterized this segment of France and its wines. The grapes, carefully selected and harvested, are left to ferment in French oak vats, where the wine will then refine for some time.

It appears straw yellow in color, embellished with golden reflections. The scent opens to a pleasant complexity, which plays on elderflower and citrus, on the spiciness of green pepper and on the pungent notes of boxwood. The taste is fresh, sapid and characterized by an excellent body. Balance reigns in a full and rich sip.

Ideal in combination with a fish soup enriched with aromatic herbs.
