Description
The Ladoucette family owns the largest property within the Pouilly-Fumé AOC appellation, located on the right bank of the Loire River, and is known among the major producers of white wine from Sauvignon grapes in the entire Burgundy. The wine cellars are housed inside the Château de Nozet, in Pouilly-sur-Loire.
Sauvignon in purity. Fermentation takes place in small steel drums, while aging is always carried out in steel containers, for a period of 2-3 years.
Light golden yellow and clear to the eye, it offers an intense aromatic range that revolves around evident hints of white flowers, on a slightly smoky and mineral background. On the palate it is fresh and powerful, dry and balanced, with great structure and finesse.
Wonderful in combination with fish and seafood dishes.
