Description

The Porcupine Ridge of the Boekenhoutskloof company is made in the Coastal Region with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

The grapes come from vineyards located in the Robertson area where the presence of the ocean is felt with greater intensity. The grapes are harvested with different levels of ripeness to obtain softness thanks to the vinification in steel which preserves fragrance and aromatic intensity. After fermentation the different parts are blended.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has hints of green apple, lime and elderberry. On the palate it is fresh and fragrant, with excellent concentration and balanced acidity. Notes of nettle and citrus alternate before a long and balanced finish.

Perfect to accompany raw and grilled vegetables, white meats accompanied by sauces, pasta dishes with white sauces and soft cheeses.
