Description
Château La Croix St. Vincent was born in vineyards located in the southern part of the Pomerol plateau.
It is mainly produced with Merlot grapes and with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After traditional fermentation in steel for 14-16 weeks at controlled temperature, the wine ages for 11-15 months in partially new oak barrels, before being placed on the market.
It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant aromas of red berry fruits. On the palate it is complex and soft, with ripe tannins.
This wine is perfect to accompany red meat main courses and game.
