Description
Hermano Acholado is a refined Pisco produced in Peru, obtained from a blend of grapes according to the specifications of the Acholado variety. This spirit represents the entry level range of Bodega San Nicolás, located in the valley around the city of Pisco. Each liter of Pisco Hermano Acholado is produced using 6.5 kg of grapes, and the distillate is left to rest for 6 months before bottling, thus ensuring superior quality at a competitive price.
The production of Hermano Acholado follows traditional Peruvian methods, with particular care in the selection of grapes and the distillation process. This Pisco is produced by the same manufacturer as the renowned Pisco 1615, ensuring a high level of quality. The blend of grapes used gives the distillate a distinctive and complex aromatic profile, which makes it perfect for mixing in refined cocktails.
On the nose, Hermano Acholado presents sweet aromas of fruit, especially bananas, and a light touch of citrus. On the palate, the distillate is warm and enveloping, with hints of apple that emerge in a delicate and pleasant way.
