Description
Pinot Noir La Umbra comes from Pinot Noir grapes harvested on the hills of Muntenia, the area south of Transylvania.
The Pinot Noir grapes harvested and selected by hand, and the ageing in steel only are the basis of a fresh and juicy wine.
In the glass, this wine has all the typical characteristics of Pinot Noir: the pale colour, the fruity aromas of raspberry and wild strawberries, and a fresh and lively taste.
A fresh and fascinating red to be enjoyed in the company of friends, combining it with spicy and spicy dishes, oriental cuisine but also roasted fatty meat such as pork ribs or baked duck.
