Description
Pinot Noir from Oltrepò Pavese Pernero comes from the Cà Nova vineyard of the Travaglino estate.
The vinification involves an initial destemming-crushing, followed by a fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 22-24 ° C with maceration on the skins. Refine for 6 months on fine lees.
Ruby red. The nose is expressed with well-polished hints of wild strawberry and red fruits, a sign of careful processing of young Pinot Noir grapes. On the palate it is fragrant and pleasant, highly drinkable.
It is perfect both as an aperitif or in combination with appetizers and risotto. Also very good served fresh in the company of fish soups.
