Description
The Pinot Grigio of the Iconic Estate company is part of the La Umbra collection, a line of fresh, fruity and light wines, obtained from carefully selected vines, harvested in the famous wine regions of Romania.
At the end of the harvest, the must obtained first from the destemming, then from the soft pressure of the grapes is fermented in steel vats, so as to enhance the fruity aromas and freshness.
In the glass the wine has a straw yellow color. On the nose the aromas are reminiscent of thigh pears and yellow peaches. In the mouth the sip is fresh, with a good persistence.
Ideal in combination with appetizers, white meats and rich salads.
