Description

Filarej comes to life from the Moscato vineyards of Alice Bel Colle, located on white and calcareous soils.

After a short skin maceration, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Before being bottled, the wine undergoes an ageing period of 2 months in bottle.

It has a pale straw yellow color. The nose is fine and aromatic, with notes of acacia flowers and wild rose dominating the olfaction. The sip is soft and pleasant, with a slight almond aftertaste.

It goes very well with appetizers and white meats, but also with fish, seafood and crustaceans.
