Description

Alice Bel Colle's Fraschetta comes to life from the vineyards located just below the homonymous country church.

The vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature with malolactic and ageing conducted, for 40% in barrique and for the remaining 60% in steel, for a period of 6 months.

Straw yellow. It releases elegant and delicate notes of pineapple and banana on the nose, accompanied by a sweet spicy note of vanilla. In the mouth it is soft and structured, with a nice persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with fresh cheeses and fish menus.
