Description
The Manzoni Bianco Nina comes from the vineyards of Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, derived from an intersection of Pinot Bianco and Riesling Renano vines, located in the Rai area of San Polo in Piave, in the province of Treviso.
The grapes harvested after a period of over-ripening in the plant, undergo a very soft pressing. Followed by low temperature maceration for 10 hours and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature to enhance the characteristics of the grape. The winemaking process ends with a refinement of 9 months on the noble lees.
Intense straw yellow colour with great brightness, it shows a complex and elegant olfactory bouquet on the nose, with hints of pineapple and ripe apricot, supported by pleasant sensations of wisteria and aromatic notes. In the mouth it proves sumptuous and full, with a persistent aftertaste on exotic fruit tones.
Excellent in combination with fish first courses, it goes well with asparagus risotto, blue cheeses and white meats.
