Description

This Riesling Trocken, signed by Muller-Catoir, originates in the Pfalz, a German region known for being able to give excellent Rieslings. The vineyards used are located on the sandy slopes of the Haardt hill.

The grapes used for the production of this Riesling are carefully selected by a manual sorting in the field. After the harvest, also carried out manually, the winemaking proceeds using only steel containers in order to enhance the territorial and varietal peculiarities of the grapes to the maximum.

It has a bright straw yellow color. The olfactory profile is composed of a fruity stamp reminiscent of peach and apricot, on a citrus and spicy lemon and ginger background. The taste is dominated by the mineral perception, inserted in a soft and fruity sip.

To be combined with simple preparations that enhance ingredients such as fish, vegetables or shellfish. Excellent in combination with an asparagus flan.
