Description
Dr. Bürklin Wolf's Riesling Trocken is the company's introductory label, the one with which the winery introduces its excellent products and tells its style. This is Riesling where the territorial footprint of Pfalz, a German wine region, merges with the hand of the producer in a combination of freshness and character.
This Riesling Trocken comes from vineyards cultivated since 2005 according to a biodynamic agriculture method. The grapes are harvested manually in September, after selecting the best bunches. Once pressed, they ferment inside stainless steel tanks where they remain, in part, to carry out the refinement which will then be completed inside wooden barrels.
The straw yellow color opens the curtain on a fruity scent of apple and lime, on a background of white flowers and mineral notes. In the mouth it is fresh, sapid, balanced and with excellent drink. The elegant trait of the citrus and the flower animates the persistence of this Riesling Trocken.
Excellent to accompany a sea bass with salt.
