Description

The Riesling Im Sonnenschein GG comes from a vineyard parcel highly suited to the production of Riesling Renano, located at an altitude of 185 meters above sea level

During the harvest phase, the grapes are carefully selected. A 24-hour cold maceration precedes the clarification by natural sedimentation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers, where the wine stays for 6 months in the presence of its own yeasts.

At sight it has a straw yellow color. Its scent brings back the fruity notes of peach and apricot typically given by limestone soil, as well as the citrus and strongly mineral notes. Depth and finesse coexist in the taste of this white which manifests a full and elegant body.

It goes very well with preparations based on fish and crustaceans. Particularly suitable to accompany a Catalan lobster.
