Description

The Petite Sirah from Spellbound winery is a Californian red wine produced in California.

The climate that affects the grapes depends on sunny days and cool nights which give the grapes a great aromatic fragrance and organoleptic harmony. Versatile wines suitable for every occasion, made with the help of advanced processing techniques but also with skill gained thanks to a long experience in the vineyard and cellar.

Intense ruby red in color, this wine has a broad and generous bouquet, finished with fresh currants and blueberries, vanilla and notes of toasted coffee. On the palate it remains soft with smooth tannins and great filling capacity in the sip, with a medium-long finish.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs based on cured meats and cheeses, grilled red meats and legume-based dishes.
