Description
Château La Louvière's Pessac-Léognan is born in vineyards located within the prestigious Greves wine region of Bordeaux.
It is mainly produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place between concrete and stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages for 15 months, half of which in fine oak barrels, before being bottled.
This Pessac-Léognan is characterized by an intense ruby red colour. The nose opens with intense aromas of blackberry and cherry, enriched with elegant spicy notes of tobacco. On the palate it is concentrated, medium-bodied, with great balance.
This wine is perfect to accompany red meat and game.
