Description
The Paz Syrah of Las Moras was born in vineyards located in the Pedernal valley, in the northern part of the prestigious Argentine wine area of Mendoza.
It is produced entirely with Syrah grapes, harvested and selected by hand in small boxes. After fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, the wine ages for 15 months in new French oak barrels.
It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with spicy notes of white pepper and black pepper, enriched with hints of black fruits and vanilla. On the palate it is soft and structured, with a pleasantly persistent finish.
This red wine is perfect to accompany meat main courses, especially lamb and aromatic herbs.
