Description
Olivier Coste's Cinsault belongs to the "Stars" line and was born in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. Olivier Coste comes from a family of winemakers who have owned the Domaine Montrose in Pézenas since 1700.
The wine is made up exclusively of Cinsault grapes, which are destemmed and vinified with a 3-week maceration in thermo-controlled tanks.
Ruby red in colour, the wine expresses aromas of fresh red fruits and notes of pepper.
It goes well with pasta with meat sauce and grilled meat.
