Description
Bordeaux Haut-Médoc Pauilllac from Chateau Les Landes de Cach was born in vineyards located in the French commune of Saint-Laurent-Médoc.
It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested and selected partially by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 21 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 14 months in new French oak barrels, before being bottled.
Pauilllac by Chateau Les Landes de Cach has a dark ruby red color. The nose opens with evident hints of ripe dark fruit, enriched with delicate empireumatic notes. On the palate it is well balanced, with firm but well smooth tannins that accompany a long and persistent finish.
This red wine is perfect to accompany grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
