Description
Schroeder's red wine S is born in the town of San Patricio del Chañar, in the heart of Patagonia, at the foot of the Andes mountain range.
The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Malbec. It is the result of a harvest carried out entirely by hand and a careful selection of the grapes for vinification. 40% matures in oak barrels for 6 months.
The color of the wine is an intense purple red. On the nose there are spicy notes of anise, mint, eucalyptus and leather. The taste is warm and complex, with good persistence.
To be paired with savory red meat and game dishes, both stewed and roasted.
