Description
The Malbec of the Bodega del Fin del Mundo is a wine that originates in Patagonia and precisely in the area of San Patricio del Chañar, near Neuquén.
Coming from the desert areas of Patagonia where large temperature variations best accompany the ripening of the grapes, this wine is the result of a fermentation with maceration on the skins for 25 days. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in French and American oak for a further 4 months.
In the glass it takes on a deep red color with purple hues. The nose is an explosion of elegant aromas ranging from violet to ripe plum, with hints of chocolate, tobacco and vanilla. The sip is balanced and full, with a fruity and very persistent finish.
To be paired with grilled red meat or large stewed game dishes.
