Description
The Japanese gin Original Kyoto Dry Gin is produced by the Kyoto Distillery, born in 2016.
The dry gins from Kyoto are produced with local botanicals and Fushimi water with a process called Konwa, which involves, in addition to the botanicals, an alcoholic base of rice.
In the Original Kyoto Dry Gin stand out, among others, botanicals such as Yuzu, Japanese lemon, and Sansho, a Japanese pepper plant whose leaves, called "kinome", are also used.
It is recommended to taste it neat or as a base for preparing the best gin-based cocktails.
