The Original HΨ from the Zago brewery

Original HΨ is an amber beer produced by the Zago brewery, founded in 1978. The brewery produces non-pasteurised or filtered craft beers. The labels of this range of beers are dedicated to the Egyptian gods or to the people who invented this extraordinary drink. This one in particular represents HΨ, the Egyptian deity who is the protector of joy.

How is the Original HΨ made?

It is a triple fermentation blonde beer, unfiltered and with natural refermentation in the bottle. It is made from water, malt, hops and yeast.

What to drink Original HΨ with?

Ideal as an aperitif, it goes very well with dishes with a strong flavour such as pasta with meat sauce, roasted or grilled red meats and blue and aged cheeses.
