Description
Cuvée 59 is obtained from a skilful blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from the Vigna del Portico and from a selection of other vineyards of the Travaglino estate.
The vinification takes place with soft and white pressing, without any contact with the skins. After a fermentation in steel at a temperature of 18 °C, the best wines are chosen to make up the cuvée. Second fermentation takes place in bottle, according to the Metodo Classico and left to rest for at least 24 months on its lees.
Straw yellow colour, it wraps the nose with a complex aromatic white peach fan and floral notes. In the mouth it is elegant and persistent, with a beautiful personality.
Excellent aperitif, it offers the best of itself with a mix of seafood.
