Description
The Oltrepò Pavese La Barbera di Mora Bassa was born in vineyards located in the Pavia municipality of Montescano, in Lombardy.
It is produced exclusively with Barbera grapes, manually harvested in boxes. After fermentation which takes place naturally in steel, the wine ages in the same containers, in barriques for 30 days and for a further period in the bottle before being released on the market.
It is a wine characterized by an intense red color. The nose opens with a persistent and pleasant bouquet of red fruits. In the mouth it is full and robust, with good acidity.
Perfect to accompany red meats, this wine is ideal in combination with game.
