Description

The Oltrepò Pavese Bonarda Alcova di Conte Vistarino was born in vineyards located on the hills of Cascina San Carlo, inside the Tenuta di Rocca de 'Giorgi, in the province of Pavia.

It is produced with 100% Bonarda grapes, harvested only by hand with selection of the bunches in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

It has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with a bouquet characterized by evident hints of red fruits. On the palate it is a soft and full-bodied wine, of great elegance despite the typically decisive character of the variety.

This wine goes very well with cold cuts and meat, both white and red, and is excellent in the company of pasta, risotto and pizza.
