Description
The Barbera dell'Oltrepò Pavese Campo dei ciliegi comes to life from the homonymous vineyard of the Travaglino estate.
The vinification involves an initial destemming-crushing, followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins. Refines in steel for 12 months on the fine lees and in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Intense ruby red in color, the nose is expressed with hints of red fruits. On the palate it is rich and pleasant, very drinkable.
It is perfect in combination with first courses with savory sauces, boiled and roasted meats.
