Description
Pèppoli Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in the homonymous estate in San Casciano Val di Pesa, where the Antinori Marquises cultivate, under organic farming, 5,500 olive trees, some of which are centuries old.
The Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino variety olives are harvested by hand and pressed a few hours after harvesting, with the typical stone mills.
Pèppoli oil has a bright green color, very fruity and pungent. With excellent structure and balance, in the mouth it closes with a typical spicy note.
Ideal in combination with traditional Tuscan dishes, roasts and grilled red meats.
