Description
This extra virgin olive oil from the Colognole farm is one of the Laudemio brand oils that identify the best extra virgin olive oils of Tuscany. It is obtained from a selection of olives of the Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino varieties, grown on the hills of Rùfina. The harvest takes place by hand stripping and extraction by a continuous cycle system.
Brilliant emerald green dress. The nose opens on fresh, intense and persistent herbaceous notes. In the mouth it is full and decisive, with a slight spiciness at the entrance that supports and highlights the vegetal and aromatic component.
Perfect oil for vegetarian cuisine, ideal to be consumed raw on vegetables, salads and soups, it is also excellent on grilled meats and toasted homemade bread.
