Old Tom Gin Evan Opificio Nunquam

Old Tom Gin is produced by Opificio Numquam, based in Prato.

This artisanal gin is produced with the "Old Tom" method, with the distillation of juniper berries, to which plants and fruits with invigorating and antioxidant properties are added during maceration, often used in the production of the ancient "Elixirs of long life". There are blueberries, bixa orellana, helichrysum flowers, orange peel and passion fruit. It has a fruity and balsamic taste, soft and balanced.

It can be enjoyed both alone and used in mixology with quality tonics.
