Description

The Bush Vine of the False Bay winery is made with 100% Syrah grapes in the Stellenbosch area within the South African Coastal Region.

A few kilometres from the sea and therefore affected by the oceanic climate, the grapes undergo the effects of the night breezes for an ideal phenolic development. After the harvest carried out strictly by hand, the fermentation takes place naturally and with the use in part of whole bunches. The ageing is carried out in large barrels for a few months.

Ruby red in colour with purple reflections, it has complex scents that intertwine blackberry jam, floral notes and white pepper. Vibrant on the palate, it is round and inviting, with good freshness, velvety tannins and a long finish.

Ideal for dishes based on peppers and barbecued meats.
