Description

Guasti's Nebbiolo d'Alba is a fine red wine that comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Neive and some neighboring towns, an area renowned for the production of high quality wines in Piedmont. The clayey soils of this area are particularly suitable for the cultivation of Nebbiolo.

The winemaking follows traditional methods, which involve fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature followed by a 12-month refinement in oak barrels.

It presents itself to the eye with an intense garnet red color. On the nose it offers a pleasant and distinctly fruity aroma, typical of Nebbiolo. In the mouth the wine is dry and balanced, of medium structure, with a persistent finish that invites the next sip.

This wine is ideal for accompanying roast meats, mature cheeses and rich, structured first courses.
