Description

This Cabernet Sauvignon was born in the splendid vineyards of the Robert Mondavi Winery company, with grapes from regions of California with a cool climate.

It is mainly made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and a small part of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes, carefully harvested and selected. After a maceration lasting about 25 days, the wine is left to ferment in oak barrels. In the same containers, it is then left to evolve for about 16 months, in order to amplify its organoleptic characteristics, in harmony with the American wine culture. This is followed by bottling and aging in glass.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a very intense ruby red colour. The nose opens with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, blackberries and cassis, with toasted and spicy notes. In the mouth it is medium-bodied and soft tannins, with a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, but also ideal in combination with first courses.
