Description
The Cabernet Sauvignon from Beringer's Classic line is a red with Californian roots. The company was founded in 1876 by Jacob and Frederick Beringer, who dug large cellars in the rock to refine the wine, which are still used today for the company wines.
It is precisely the Cabernet Sauvignon that is a standard-bearer of the company's quality and prestige, vinified in different expressions. This Cabernet Sauvignon ages in oak barrels.
Intense ruby red. The nose reveals aromas of berries, blackberry jam and vanilla. The sip is dry and warm, with a pleasant spicy finish.
Ideal in combination with stewed red meats.
