Description

It is a Napa Valley Chardonnay, thought to be a pleasant, sunny and engaging white.

The bunches of Chardonnay, which make up this fragrant white in a single share, are harvested late in the evening or early in the morning and, subsequently, softly pressed. 25% of the wine runs through steel tanks, while the remaining 75% in French oak barrels. Furthermore, 80% of the wine carries out malolactic fermentation.

Fruity aromas of lemon, pear and apple rise against a vague background of toasted almonds. Full-bodied and enveloping in the mouth, it affirms its balance in the sign of freshness.

Perfect to accompany a smoked salmon.
