Description
The Kreuznacher Krötenpfuhl Riesling Kabinett from Donnhoff comes from a south-facing vineyard with gravel and loss soils. The vines, aged between 15 and 35 years, grow in stony soil which favors the production of small grapes with delicate aromas, lively acidity and a long ripening period.
The harvest is entirely selective and manual, with a yield of approximately 45 hl/ha. The wine is fermented and matured in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, following traditional methods that preserve its quality and distinctive characteristics.
This Kabinett Riesling is elegant and semi-dry, with notable spicy aromas balanced by clear and refined acidity. It is a wine that fascinates with its harmonious structure and its ability to express the character of the terroir.
It pairs perfectly with fish and seafood dishes.
