Description
The Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine Sur Lie by Marquis de Goulaine is produced exclusively from Melon grapes, typical of the Loire region. This grape variety is known for its ability to reflect the unique terroir in which it is grown.
Fermentation takes place at low temperature to preserve the freshness and aroma of the grapes. Subsequently, the wine matures in stainless steel tanks for a period ranging from 4 to 8 months.
Of a pale golden yellow colour, it displays a complex and intriguing bouquet on the nose, in which floral, mint and exotic fruit notes stand out. When tasted, it is fresh, round and balanced, with a persistent finish.
It is excellent in combination with seafood and fish-based recipes.
