Description
Château Malmaison's Moulis-en-Médoc is born in vineyards located in the homonymous municipality, located in the heart of the famous French wine region of Bordeaux.
It is mainly produced with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 16 months in barrique before being bottled.
This Moulis-en-Médoc has an intense purple red color. The nose opens with evident hints of black currant, Morello cherry and plum, enriched with elegant mineral and smoky notes. On the palate it is rich and powerful, rightly tannic.
Perfect to accompany stewed meats and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with grilled meats and aged cheeses.
