Description

Fritz Haag's Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese comes from the best vineyards located in the heart of the Moselle.

The harvest of the Riesling bunches takes place manually, often in several stages, so as to pick the grapes in their moment of optimal ripeness. Fermentation is triggered spontaneously by the action of indigenous yeasts.

This wine has a straw yellow color. The bouquet heralds a balanced and delightful fusion of sweetness and freshness, in the fruity notes of yellow peach, quince and the enveloping fragrance of hazelnut; the herbaceous notes and the mineral trait mark the fine and elegant hardness of this wine. The excellent gustatory correspondence translates into a sugary perception perfectly balanced by flavor and freshness.

Suitable for combinations with fish and white meat dishes, enriched by the presence of vegetables and / or delicate sauces. Ideal with an almond chicken.
