Description
This Riesling Feinherb by Fritz Haag comes from the Braunberg vineyard which takes its name from the dark brown soil that characterizes the soils from which it originates.
It is obtained exclusively from Riesling grapes, pressed whole and whose must is fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature. It follows refinement of the wine in the same containers which allow to preserve its qualities of fruit and freshness.
At sight it has a straw yellow color. It develops delicious fruity hints on the nose that recall peach and apple enriched with citrus notes, followed by an unmistakable mineral trace. On the palate it is juicy and fresh, very clean and balanced.
This white is excellent served with fish or white meats.
