Description

Egon Muller's Scharzhofberger Riesling Auslese originates from excellent vineyards located in the unique territory of the Moselle in Germany.

The grapes used to produce this Auslese are pure Riesling Renano varieties and come from vineyards located in the region of Germany which is inextricably linked to this variety: the Moselle.

This wine has a very intense straw yellow color. It is peach, apricot, lychee, mango and pineapple, set against a citrus and ginger background, to mark its bouquet. Sweet notes emerge on the nose as well as in the mouth, where the wine is enveloping and creamy, but excellently balanced by freshness and mineral flavor.

To be combined with preparations with an intense and multifaceted flavor. Perfect in combination with foie gras.
