Description
The Moscato Rosé Fashion Victim of Astoria rises from the vineyards located on the rolling hills of the Val de Brun estate, in the province of Treviso.
It is obtained from bunches of Moscato and Malvasia Nera, carefully harvested by hand at night so as to preserve the aromatic heritage of the grapes. The vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel at controlled low temperature, after which the wine is started to take foam in steel always at low temperatures in order to enhance its aromatic profile as much as possible.
It is distinguished by a rosy color tending towards ruby, with a beautiful brightness, and by a perlage that constitutes compact and persistent little catkins. On the nose you can perceive the characteristic aroma of Moscato grapes, enriched with delicious hints of strawberry and sage. In the mouth it expresses its intense aroma, characterized by a light sweetness and a great balance.
Excellent in the company of a chocolate dessert.
