Vino Spumante di Qualità del tipo Aromatico Moscato Fashion Victim Astoria

Moscato Fashion Victim of Astoria is born in vineyards located in the province of Treviso, on the hills of the Val de Brun estate.

It is produced with pure Moscato Bianco grapes, harvested manually in September once it has reached perfect ripeness. The vinification takes place in low temperature steel containers, followed by fermentation in an autoclave at low controlled temperature with short aging on its lees.

At sight it has a bright straw yellow color and a minute and persistent perlage. On the nose it brings an intense and delicate bouquet, with hints of peach, thyme and sage. On the palate it is slightly sweet and aromatic, with great balance.

Excellent in combination with fruit tarts, it goes very well with all dishes based on shellfish.
