Description

Moscato d'Asti Millesimato Le Fronde di Fontanafredda comes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Serralunga d'Alba and Santo Stefano Belbo, in the province of Cuneo.

It is produced exclusively with Moscato Bianco grapes, harvested only by hand in the first ten days of September and pressed whole. Fermentation takes place in a low temperature controlled steel autoclave. Subsequently the wine ages for 2 months in steel, before being bottled.

Moscato d'Asti Millesimato Le Fronde di Fontanafredda is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with fragrant aromas of musk, black locust and orange blossom flowers, enriched with persistent hints of sage and honey. On the palate it is sweet and characteristic, very balanced, with notes that refer to honey and freshly picked grapes.

Excellent between meals, it is perfect to accompany desserts, especially fine and delicate ones.
