Description

This Moscato d'Asti was born in the vineyards of the Prunotto dei Marchesi Antinori estate, located in the heart of the DOCG Moscato d'Asti.

It is produced only with Moscato Bianco di Canelli grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After a short pressing, the flower must obtained is separated from the lees by natural sedimentation. Subsequently the alcoholic fermentation starts until it reaches 5 degrees and is interrupted by refrigeration; then the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled.

This Moscato d'Asti is characterized by an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with characteristic notes of acacia honey and hawthorn. On the palate it is dense, full and elegant, with a pleasantly fresh and harmonious finish.

Perfect to accompany desserts made with fresh fruit and fruit infusion, such as strawberries, peaches and berries, it is ideal in combination with dry pastries, in particular with panettone.
