Description

Moscato d'Asti Nivole by Michele Chiarlo was born among the most suitable company vineyards that are located within the Moscato d'Asti DOCG.

It comes from pure Moscato Bianco grapes, harvested manually and softly pressed whole. The must undergoes slow fermentation in an autoclave at controlled temperature until the desired alcohol content is reached. The carbon dioxide that develops during the process is incorporated into the wine, giving it a slight natural effervescence.

This Moscato has a bright straw yellow colour. Pleasant floral aromas blend in the nose, with typical notes of Muscat and hints of peach and apricot. It is a creamy and fragrant wine, pleasantly fresh in the finish.

The marriage between this sweet wine and desserts is perfect, it goes perfectly with blue cheeses.
