Description
Moscato d'Asti Cascina Fiori di Oddero was born in the vigor of Cascina Fiori, located in the municipality of Trezzo Tinella, in the province of Cuneo.
It is produced with pure Moscato Bianco grapes, harvested only by hand during the first ten days of September. After destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo a cryo-maceration process at controlled temperature for 12 hours and the pressed must is left to ferment in cold stainless steel.
Cascina Fiori is characterized by a good intensity yellow color. The nose opens with a fragrant and aromatic bouquet, in which hints of mandarin and grapefruit, notes of white peach, flavors of flowers and sage stand out. In the mouth it is fresh, sweet and pleasantly aromatic.
Perfect to accompany dry sweets and pastries, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses. Also try it with salami or as an aperitif.
