Timeless classic, this Morellino di Scansano comes from pure Sangiovese bunches, whose grapes are rigorously picked by hand with a careful and accurate selection of the bunches in the vineyard. Vinification in contact with its skins through a maceration of about 10 days, performed at controlled temperature, while refining in the bottle, to keep the color, aromas and fragrances intact.
A bright ruby red color, it releases an intense and vinous aroma with aromas of red fruit and blackberries. With a good structure, it is impossible not to recognize its tannins, present and elegant, which fade into a finish of unequivocal beauty.
Extraordinarily eclectic wine, it marries admirably cold cuts and cold cuts, as well as grilled red meat. Do not miss with a cutting board of medium-aged cheeses.
